Investing in your child’s education is a choice, but for me the choice was simple. I wanted my daughter to have the best start possible, for her to be excited about learning, for her to love to come to school. To me the smile on her face is priceless.Parent of First Grader
Grymes is the school I wish I had gone to when I was in elementary school. You can feel happy energy the minute you walk in the door. Students smile at each other and greet each other by name in the hallways. It’s home.Parent of Fifth Grader
I love Grymes because Grymes loves me.Grymes Eighth Grader

We are pleased to offer flexibility in tuition payment through a third-party tuition payment system called FACTS. By setting up your personal account through the Grymes portal, you can pre-authorize your bank or credit card company to make payments based on your preferences for the following payment plans:
Payment is due on or before July 1st.
Payments are scheduled on your preferred dates in the months of July, September and January.
Payments are scheduled on your preferred dates in ten monthly installments, starting in July and ending in April. Please note that a 5% monthly fee is incurred with the monthly plan.
Once your child has received an invitation to enroll, a signed contract along with the enrollment deposit will secure his or her place in the school. The enrollment deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards tuition for the year.
The only circumstances in which the deposit will be returned is when the applicant is applying to participate in our Tuition Assistance Program and the offer extended does not meet the family’s financial need. In this case, the enrollment contract is cancelled and the enrollment deposit is refunded.
Grymes’ tuition is comprehensive, which means that we do not charge additional fees. Tuition includes most of the tools used for classroom learning, particularly workbooks, daily planners, textbooks, readers and classroom technology. Our bus service is FREE OF CHARGE, and we do not charge technology fees, athletics fees or a Parents Association Fee, as many other schools do.
The only additional charge that all parents* are required to pay along with tuition is a 1% Tuition Refund Insurance payment, which protects against unexpected withdrawals. This payment is reflected in the first billing statement.
*All parents are required to purchase TRI unless paying in full in one payment.
