Methods of Payment

  • Full Payment: Due on or before July 1, 2013
  • Three Installments: Due July 5th or 20th, September 5th or 20th, and January 5th or 20th, depending on date selected on *FACTS form.

* Grymes uses an automated tuition payment system called FACTS. Parents preauthorize their bank or credit card company to automatically transfer funds to the school according to the installment due dates. Tuition Refund Plan

Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) is mandatory except for those who choose to pay tuition in full by the opening day of school. For other payment methods, the required insurance cost is 1% of total tuition due and is reflected on the first billing statement. A TRP brochure is included with the contract and should be read carefully for conditions that apply.
